BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder (boneless)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions:
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place it in a slow cooker with sliced onions and half of the BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix in the remaining BBQ sauce.
- Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.
