BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder (boneless)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place it in a slow cooker with sliced onions and half of the BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
  4. Shred the pork with two forks and mix in the remaining BBQ sauce.
  5. Serve on buns with coleslaw if desired.
