Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Season and bake wings at 400°F (200°C) for 45 mins.
- Mix hot sauce and butter.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce.
- Serve with dip and celery sticks.
