Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Season and bake wings at 400°F (200°C) for 45 mins.
  2. Mix hot sauce and butter.
  3. Toss baked wings in the sauce.
  4. Serve with dip and celery sticks.
