Classic American Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles
  • Ketchup, mustard, mayo

Instructions:

  1. Form 4 burger patties.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill or pan-fry for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Add cheese on top and let it melt.
  5. Assemble on buns with toppings and sauces.
