Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and brush with half the glaze.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through with the remaining glaze.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables.
