Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and brush with half the glaze.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through with the remaining glaze.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with roasted vegetables.
