Southern Fried Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops (bone-in)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Soak pork chops in buttermilk for 1 hour in the fridge.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Remove chops from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry pork chops 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with mashed potatoes.
