Southern Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Soak pork chops in buttermilk for 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Remove chops from buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry pork chops 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with mashed potatoes.
